Every engagement begins with a DISC assessment and the Energy Leadership Index, which gives you and your coach a clear picture of your behavioral style, energy patterns, and greatest development opportunities.

Build Your Development Plan

Build your development plan. Based on the assessment results, you and your coach will develop a plan for your leadership development. Specific. Measurable. Grounded in your actual goals and your real leadership context.

Coaching sessions are structured conversations with a purpose. Each one builds on the last. Between sessions, you apply what you are learning in real situations with real people on your actual team.
