Meet Ellen Miller
I started my career in corporate leadership. Operations, energy, retail. More than 30 years of managing real teams through real complexity, including VP of Engineering and Construction and Senior Vice President of Complex Projects and Program Support in the utilities and energy industry. I led domestic teams and worked with international counterparts, where consistent communication and collaboration were a way of life.
That experience is not background. It is the foundation of every framework, every coaching conversation, and every engagement I deliver.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA. I am a certified practitioner of Everything DiSC, the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and the Energy Leadership Index.
I founded Mpowered in 2020 because leaders deserve the skills and knowledge to undertake the actual work of leading. From the Maine state capital to the Pacific Coast, I work with executives, managers, and leadership teams who are serious about developing their people.
My approach draws from research and provides straightforward, practical tools leaders need most. Clear. Purposeful. Transferable. Every program, every coaching conversation, and every engagement focuses on one goal: to build people up.
