Working with companies like Avangrid, Inc. and TRC Companies, Inc in Maine provided me with invaluable experience in navigating the complexities of organizational growth and change in a dynamic and transforming environment.
As my career evolved I realized my true passion lay in empowering others. This realization led me to establish MPowered, a woman-owned professional services company dedicated to building robust teams and cultivating sustainable leadership pipelines. Through MPowered, I have worked with leaders across industries, helping them navigate challenges, embrace opportunities, and achieve their vision.
